puppy love in the 20's

does puppy love exist when you're in the 20's? will there be puppy love when you're in the 20's? reminising back in the days when we love to surprise our dear ones with hand-made cards, lil teddies from mcd's, scented love letters, love tokens that we pick from the roadside... will we actually take the effort to do all that again?

being in the 2000s, everything is convenient. you can buy stuff and instantly present them to our love ones. fancy dinners, fast cars, huge bouquet of flowers, great vacations...

BUT what about the lil things that matters the most besides presenting gifts? what about simple compliments or greetings in the morning? during working hours? when you get home from a hard day of work? even before you sleep?

in our younger years, we just love to take notice of lil changes and compliment on everything. eventually, those compliments makes us blush and love tends to grow fonder.
will we ever have the time and the initiative to take a second look at our love ones and do the same?
